Day - 1
Arrival in Beijing – Welcome to China
Arrive at Beijing International Airport, where you will be warmly greeted by our local representative after completing immigration formalities. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey.
Day - 2
Beijing City Tour – Imperial History & Cultural Landmarks
After breakfast, begin your guided city tour with a visit to Tiananmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world and the political heart of China. See iconic landmarks such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, the National Museum of China, and the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong (from outside). Continue to the Forbidden City, the grand imperial palace that served as the residence of Chinese emperors for nearly 500 years. Later, visit a Pearl Factory to learn about pearl cultivation. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where Ming and Qing emperors performed rituals praying for good harvests.
Day - 3
Great Wall Experience & Summer Palace
After breakfast, depart to visit the magnificent Great Wall of China at Juyong Pass, one of the most scenic and strategically important sections of the Great Wall, surrounded by mountains and historic watchtowers. Later, visit a Jade Factory, followed by a photo stop at Beijing National Stadium and the National Aquatics Center, built for the 2008 Olympics. Proceed to the beautiful Summer Palace, a vast imperial garden featuring lakes, pavilions, and landscaped hills. End the day with shopping at a local market and dinner at a local or Indian restaurant.
Day - 4
Beijing to Xi’an by High-Speed Train
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the railway station to board a high-speed train to Xi'an, one of China’s oldest cities and the starting point of the ancient Silk Road. Upon arrival, visit Giant Wild Goose Pagoda Square and enjoy the musical fountain show (subject to operation and time availability). The pagoda, built during the Tang Dynasty, is an important symbol of Xi’an’s Buddhist heritage. Dinner at a local or Indian restaurant, followed by hotel check-in.
Day - 5
Xi’an City Tour – Ancient China Uncovered
After breakfast, visit the world-famous Terracotta Army Museum, showcasing thousands of life-sized terracotta soldiers built to guard the tomb of China’s first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Later, visit a Crockery Factory and stroll through Muslim Street, known for its vibrant atmosphere and traditional local snacks. In the evening, enjoy the Tang Dynasty Cultural Show, highlighting classical Chinese music and dance, followed by dinner at a local or Indian restaurant.
Day - 6
Xi’an to Shanghai by Flight
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai, China’s modern financial and commercial capital. Upon arrival, visit The Bund, a historic waterfront offering stunning views of colonial-era buildings and the modern Pudong skyline across the Huangpu River. Continue to Pudong New Area and visit the iconic Jin Mao Tower, a landmark skyscraper in Lujiazui. Dinner at a local or Indian restaurant.
Day - 7
Shanghai City Tour & River Cruise
After breakfast, visit the Jade Buddha Temple, famous for its exquisite jade Buddha statues brought from Myanmar in the 19th century. Continue to the Silk Factory, followed by free time at Nanjing Road, one of the busiest shopping streets in the world. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Huangpu River Cruise, offering breathtaking views of Shanghai’s illuminated skyline. Dinner at a local or Indian restaurant.
Day - 8
Water Town Experience & Cultural Show
After breakfast, proceed to Zhujiajiao Water Town, a beautifully preserved ancient town with stone bridges, canals, and traditional Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride through its waterways. Later, visit Xintiandi, a lively shopping and entertainment district. In the evening, witness the spectacular ERA Intersection of Time, showcasing world-class acrobatics and stage effects. Dinner at a local or Indian restaurant.
Day - 9
Departure from Shanghai
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward flight back home, carrying unforgettable memories of China’s rich history and modern charm.
