Day - 1
Arrival in Beijing
Arrive at Beijing International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our local representative after completing immigration formalities. Proceed to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is reserved for rest and acclimatization after your journey.
Day - 2
Beijing Highlights – Imperial & Spiritual Heritage
After breakfast, begin your sightseeing with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the symbolic heart of China and one of the world’s largest public squares, surrounded by landmarks such as the Great Hall of the People and the National Museum of China. Continue to the Forbidden City, the grand imperial palace that served as the residence of Chinese emperors for over five centuries, offering a deep insight into China’s dynastic past. Later, visit a Pearl Factory to understand traditional pearl cultivation techniques. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties performed sacred rituals to pray for good harvests.
Day - 3
Great Wall Experience & Olympic Landmarks
After breakfast, depart for the Great Wall of China at Juyong Pass, one of the most scenic and historically significant sections of the wall, surrounded by natural mountain landscapes and ancient watchtowers. Later, visit a Jade Factory, followed by photo stops at Beijing’s iconic Olympic landmarks—the National Stadium (Bird’s Nest) and the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube). Enjoy dinner in the evening
Day - 4
Beijing to Xi'an by High-Speed Train
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the railway station to board a high-speed train to Xi’an, one of China’s most historic cities and the eastern gateway of the ancient Silk Road. Upon arrival, proceed for lunch, followed by a visit to Wild Goose Pagoda Square. If operational and time permits, enjoy the musical fountain show. The pagoda, built during the Tang Dynasty, is a significant symbol of Buddhist heritage in China. Dinner and hotel check-in follow.
Day - 5
Xi’an – Terracotta Warriors & Old City Charm
After breakfast, visit the world-renowned Terracotta Warriors Museum, showcasing thousands of life-sized clay soldiers built to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huang, China’s first emperor. Later, visit a Crockery Factory and stroll through Muslim Street, a lively area known for its traditional markets and cultural atmosphere. Enjoy dinner in the evening.
Day - 6
Xi’an to Chongqing by High-Speed Train
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the railway station for a high-speed train journey to Chongqing, a dramatic mountain city famous for its skyline and rivers. Visit Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, the city’s commercial and cultural hub, followed by the Kuixing Building, renowned for its architectural illusion reflecting Chongqing’s vertical cityscape. Later, explore Hongyadong, a cliffside complex showcasing traditional Ba-Yu architecture along the riverfront. Dinner in the evening.
Day - 7
Chongqing – Urban Wonders & River Views
After breakfast, visit the famous Liziba Light Rail Station, where trains uniquely pass through a residential building. Continue to the Three Gorges Museum, one of China’s largest museums, offering insights into regional history, culture, and the Yangtze River. Later, enjoy a one-way Yangtze River Cable Car ride, offering panoramic views of the city and river below. Dinner follows.
Day - 8
Chongqing to Zhangjiajie – Tianmen Mountain
After breakfast, check out and depart by high-speed train to Zhangjiajie. Upon arrival, visit Tianmen Mountain, a renowned natural attraction famous for its spiritual significance and dramatic landscapes. Experience the world’s longest cable car ride, walk along thrilling glass skywalks clinging to the cliffs, and witness the iconic Heaven’s Gate, a massive natural arch reached by ascending 999 steps. Dinner and hotel check-in follow.
Day - 9
Zhangjiajie National Park & Baofeng Lake
After breakfast, explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, known for its towering sandstone pillars that inspired the movie Avatar. Ride the Bailong Elevator, the world’s tallest outdoor glass elevator, built directly into a cliff face. Later, visit Baofeng Lake, a serene alpine lake surrounded by lush mountains, often described as a fairyland setting. Dinner in the evening. Overnight in Zhangjiajie.
Day - 10
Glass Bridge & Cultural Show
After breakfast, visit the famous Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, once the world’s longest and highest glass-bottom bridge, offering breathtaking views of the canyon below. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular Tianmen Fox Fairy Show, an open-air cultural performance set against a natural mountain backdrop, combining music, dance, and folklore. Dinner follows. Overnight in Zhangjiajie.
Day - 11
Zhangjiajie to Shanghai by Flight
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, visit The Bund, a historic waterfront showcasing colonial-era architecture alongside stunning views of the modern skyline across the Huangpu River. Continue to the Pudong New Area, representing Shanghai’s rapid modernization. Dinner and hotel check-in follow.
Day - 12
Shanghai – Culture, Shopping & Entertainment
After breakfast, visit the Jade Buddha Temple, famous for its beautifully carved jade Buddha statues brought from Myanmar in the 19th century. Continue to the Silk Factory, followed by time at Nanjing Road, one of the world’s busiest shopping streets. Later, enjoy the renowned Shanghai Acrobatic Show – ERA Intersection of Time, a dazzling blend of acrobatics and stage technology.
Day - 13
Water Town Experience & River Cruise
After breakfast, visit Zhujiajiao Water Town, often referred to as the “Venice of Shanghai,” featuring ancient bridges, canals, and traditional houses. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the waterways. Later, explore local markets and conclude the day with a scenic Huangpu River Cruise, offering striking views of Shanghai’s illuminated skyline. Dinner follows.
Day - 14
Departure from Shanghai
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Shanghai Airport for your onward journey home, concluding a memorable exploration of China’s heritage, landscapes, and modern cities.
