Day - 1
Tokyo Arrival: Narita Touchdown
We touch down at Narita International Airport and meet our representative for a professional transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you can settle in and rest at this convenient airport location, preparing for the full journey ahead.
Day - 2
Tokyo Highlights: Digital Art and Rainbow Bridges
We begin with the ancient Asakusa Temple and the bustling Nakamise Street before immersing ourselves in the sensory digital art of TeamLab Planets. After exploring the grounds of Ueno Park, we take a scenic drive through the futuristic Odaiba district and cross the iconic Rainbow Bridge. The day concludes with free time in Ginza, Tokyo’s premier upscale shopping and dining hub, followed by a local dinner.
Day - 3
Tokyo Culture: Origami and Sky Views
We engage with traditional arts at the Origami Museum, learning paper-folding techniques. A city orientation drive passes the National Diet Building and Imperial Palace before we witness the organized chaos of Shibuya Crossing. We ascend the Tokyo Skytree for panoramic views from 350 meters up and stroll through Chidorigafuchi Park, famous for its scenic moats and cherry trees.
Day - 4
Fuji & Aqua-Line: Bay Crossings and Peaks
Leaving the city, we experience the engineering marvel of the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, a bridge-tunnel combination spanning the bay. We then ascend to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station at 2,300 meters, serving as a gateway for climbers and offering spectacular views of the peak. After soaking in the alpine atmosphere, we proceed to Hakone for dinner and our overnight stay.
Day - 5
Hakone to Nagoya: Volcanic Valleys and Floral Lights
We cruise the calm waters of Lake Ashi, formed in an ancient volcanic caldera, before boarding the Hakone Ropeway. This aerial ride offers breathtaking views over the active sulfuric vents of Owakudani. Traveling to Mie Prefecture, we explore Nabana no Sato, a massive flower park renowned for its seasonal blooms and dazzling winter illuminations, before checking into our Nagoya hotel.
Day - 6
Osaka Vibes: Castles, Noodles, and Neon
We travel to Osaka to view the majestic architecture of Osaka Castle from the castle park. We then explore global dietary culture at the Cup Noodles Museum, dedicated to the history of instant ramen. The day ends in the electric district of Dotonbori, famous for its neon billboards and vibrant street food culture, where we check into our hotel.
Day - 7
Hiroshima & Miyajima: Peace and Floating Gates
A Bullet Train takes us to Hiroshima for a poignant visit to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Dome. We deepen our understanding at the Peace Memorial Museum before taking a ferry to Miyajima Island. Here, we admire the Itsukushima Shrine, celebrated for its vermilion torii gate that appears to float on the sea, before returning to the Kansai region.
Day - 8
Kyoto Traditions: Golden Pavilions and Kimonos
We explore Kyoto, starting with the shimmering Golden Pavilion, Kinkakuji. We stroll through the towering green stalks of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a place of natural serenity. To fully immerse ourselves in local culture, we participate in a traditional Kimono Wearing experience, dressing in authentic Japanese attire for memorable photos before dinner.
Day - 9
Nara & Old Osaka: Giant Buddhas and Edo Life
We travel to Nara to visit Todaiji Temple, a massive wooden structure housing the world's largest bronze Daibutsu (Buddha). Returning to Osaka, we step back in time at the Osaka Municipal Housing Museum. Here, we walk through a faithful life-sized recreation of an Osaka town from the 1830s Edo period to experience the city's historical atmosphere.
Day - 10
Tokushima & Kobe: Dance and Engineering
We visit the Awa Odori Kaikan to watch and participate in the dynamic traditional "Fool's Dance." Crossing the massive Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the world's longest suspension bridge, we reach the Kawasaki Good Time World. This museum showcases the history of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, featuring interactive exhibits on motorcycles, ships, and aerospace technology. We then transfer to the airport hotel.
Day - 11
Japan Departure: Journey Home
We enjoy a final breakfast and check out of the hotel. A professional transfer takes you to the airport for your return flight, bringing your comprehensive journey through Japan to a close.
