Here, you will explore the colonial heritage of the hills, visit the Tea Museum, and search for the endangered Nilgiri Tahr at Eravikulam National Park, all against the backdrop of cascading waterfalls and Mattupetty Dam. The adventure continues to Thekkady, where the air is scented with spices. Witness traditional Kathakali dance before embarking on an exhilarating boat safari on Lake Periyar to view wildlife at the water’s edge. The pace slows as you board a traditional Kettuvallam houseboat in Alleppey, floating through the lush paddy fields of Kerala's backwaters. Conclude your voyage in Kumarakom with a visit to the Bird Sanctuary and a serene sunset cruise on Vembanad Lake before departing from Cochin.
