Your trip in a nutshell
Itinerary
Day - 1
Varanasi: The City of Lights
Your spiritual immersion begins in Varanasi (Kashi), one of the world's oldest living cities. After a seamless transfer to your hotel, prepare for a mesmerizing evening at the Ghats. Witness the famous Ganga Aarti, a choreographed ceremony where priests use heavy brass lamps, incense, and rhythmic chants to honor the River Ganges. The synchronization of fire and devotion creates an atmosphere that is both electric and deeply serene.
Day - 2
Varanasi to Ayodhya: Sermons & Stupas
Rise before dawn for a boat ride on the Ganges to witness the city's waking rituals and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Later, travel to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon amidst ancient stupas. Leaving the Buddhist heritage behind, we drive to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama. Check into your hotel in this holy city, located on the banks of the Sarayu River, and rest for the night.
Day - 3
Ayodhya to Prayagraj: The Ramayana Trail
Today, we traverse the sacred path of the Ramayana. Ascend the steps to Hanuman Garhi, the fortress-temple where Lord Hanuman guards the city. Visit the profound Ram Janmabhoomi, the birthplace of Lord Rama, followed by the opulent Kanak Bhawan (House of Gold) and Sita Ki Rasoi. After soaking in the city's divine aura, we drive to Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), the city of offerings, and check in.
Day - 4
Prayagraj to Varanasi: The Sacred Confluence
Begin the day at the holy Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers. Visit the unique reclining idol at Bade Hanuman Mandir. Explore the Anand Bhawan museum, the ancestral home of the Nehru family, and the Mughal-era tombs at Khusro Bagh. After absorbing the history and spirituality of Prayagraj, we complete the circuit by driving back to Varanasi for the night.
Day - 5
Varanasi: Temples of the Soul
Before your departure, explore the diverse spiritual architecture of Varanasi. Seek blessings at the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and the Tulsi Manas Mandir. Marvel at the unique Bharat Mata Mandir, which houses a relief map of undivided India instead of idols, and visit the red-hued Durga Temple. We then transfer you to the airport or railway station, concluding a journey that bridged the holiest rivers and epic kingdoms of India.
